Autumn is slowly returning to the Enns Valley, bringing with it the season finale of the “PROPAIN Rookies Cup” and the “iXS International Rookies Championship 2024.” After the successful debut in 2021, this action-packed race weekend will take place for the third consecutive time at Bikepark Schladming from September 19th to 22nd, 2024.

More than 300 racers from over 25 nations are expected to compete in categories ranging from U11 to U19, as well as Open Junior U19 & Open Women. We anticipate thrilling races and outstanding performances from the young downhill talents.

The races will be held on a shortened version of the famous World Cup downhill track, which winds approximately 1.5 kilometers through the forest, featuring steps, diverse jumps, and challenging root sections. This track demands high technical skills, pushing the young athletes to showcase their abilities.

The Planai finish stadium and the course along the famous final slope offer spectators exciting insights. About one-third of the track is easily visible from the finish stadium. On-site, there will be culinary delights, and team stands will be open for visitors.

The BIKE SCHOOL PEKOLL and the Bike Club Schladming-Dachstein are thrilled to once again welcome numerous children and young people from around the world to this unique event as organizers.

Valuable partners and sponsors from the region, including Bikepark Schladming, Region Schladming-Dachstein, Municipality of Schladming, Energie Steiermark, Brauerei Schladming and hotels such as Sporthotel Royer, Tui Blue, Die Barbara and Falkensteiner have been secured for the event.

Good to Know:

👉 For participants in the PROPAIN Rookies Cup in the Open Junior U19 and Open Women categories, a timed training run will be offered on Friday.

👉 All participants must complete 2 mandatory training runs from the start to the finish on Friday.

👉 The final run of the iXS International Rookies Championship on Saturday will also serve as the seeding result for the RDC Final on Sunday. In the seeding run for RDC participants, at least the start must be completed.

👉 Participation in the iXS International Rookies Championship is required to participate in the RDC Final, as this run serves as the seeding run for the RDC Final.
